The RI Women's Network attracts women from diverse backgrounds, educations and professions. Our vision is to continue to cultivate a network that will help businesswomen effectively and confidently communicate what they do and how it is of value to others. We strive to create an open, supportive environment that values women and celebrates their achievements.

RI Women's Network is made up of women helping women. It encourages women to provide leadership and guidance to others in a non-threatening, fun environment. It is about meeting the needs of women who choose subjects that they want to learn more about. It is also about women with experience in business mentoring other women who may be just starting out or transitioning to a new field or business.

RI Women's Network Participants

• Women who own their own businesses
• Women who are at home in the corporate world
• Women who are in a time of personal and professional transition
• Women who want to be involved with supporting other women

What is the RI Women's Network?

In 1981, two women wanted to expand their professional horizons. They began meeting regularly with other businesswomen, friends and associates. Soon, these women were inviting other women to join and the circle grew exponentially. The RI Women's Network was born.

RI Women's Network is an organization aimed at encouraging women to meet and build relationships that will result in doing business with each other based on knowledge and trust.

Membership is $50 for one year, but is not required. There are no requirements to bring leads or attend a certain number of meetings a year. RI Women's Network members have the monthly opportunity to share experience and support for each other.
